Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using Object Counter, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the applicable rules of the app store or platform through which you installed the app.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the app on behalf of a business or another person, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

Object Counter provides AI-assisted object counts from photos and related utility features. The service is intended for lawful, personal, and internal business use only unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass technical restrictions, reverse engineer the app except where non-waivable law allows it, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You retain responsibility for the photos and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or analyze that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Results returned by the app are model-generated counts. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case, so you are responsible for evaluating them before relying on them.

Premium features may be offered through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases billed by Apple, Google, or another authorized platform. Pricing, taxes, billing periods, free trials, renewal timing, and cancellation are controlled by that platform and may vary by region.

Unless your platform says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You must manage cancellation, refund requests, and payment method changes through the platform used for purchase. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including premium features, when reasonably necessary.

Object Counter is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every count will be accurate.

Counting, size, calorie, translation, identification, and similar outputs are for informational convenience only and are not verified records, certified measurements, or professional advice. The app must not be used for legal, trade, safety-critical, or other high-risk purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glipo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from use of the service.

The app, its branding, interface, and related content remain the property of Glipo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
